With our 3Quellen technology, we aim to bring you closer to the dream of fresh spring water. You can naturally revitalise your tap water without the need for electricity or additives. The patented 3Quellen water revitalisation system combines three natural methods in a single device.
Our device is simply installed in the water pipe, requires no maintenance and operates for a long period of time without wear and tear.
The 3Quellen Principle of Water Activation
Water activation through turbulence
The image of a mountain stream with its roaring eddies can illustrate the concept of ‘moving water’ in nature. In the patented 3Quellen device, the built-in ceramic moulded stones create flow vortices, known as vortexes. This dynamises and activates the water.
Charge change
Among other things, water can alter its charge properties upon contact with certain silicate surfaces. The underlying chemical and physical effect has been described by the Max Planck Institute for Polymer Research. CeraAktiv consists of special water-insoluble silicate minerals, crystals, quartz and feldspar rocks.
Water activation through surface maximisation
The ceramic moulded blocks are manufactured using our patented Porosium® surface. This makes it possible to create up to 100 square metres of surface area from just 1 gram of ceramic. In this way, we achieve extremely fine structures and maximise the active surface area. This optimises turbulence and contact efficiency.
Suitable filter for drinking water purification
In combination with our 3Quellen units, we also offer an activated carbon drinking water filter for installation at the drinking water tap. The drinking water filter should always be installed downstream (in the direction of flow) of the 3Quellen unit.
